Hello, Living here at Summit Village has been great. I feel safe here. The grounds and building are always keep clean and tidyl. The location is very convenient to everything that you need.The office staff are very helpful and accomodating. If there is and issue they respond quickly. If there is anything that needs repair maintenance quickly fixes the issue. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. It has been a pleasure to live here. Thank you.

Tammy was the best, such a kind person! She made the stressful process of moving so much better with her kindness, despite being so busy with many other move outs, she was still a pleasure and made the time to help in anyway she could!!! I can’t express enough how appreciative we were for her support.

The Summit Village team (Jennifer in specific) have been a pleasure to deal with. The showings prior to unit selection were easy and fast to schedule. Moving in was super straightforward and any questions were answered in a timely manner. Once moved in they were excellent in handling any and all concerns or questions.
Flawless experience and I would highly recommend this complex to anyone. It's clean, quiet, located in a great neighbourhood, and the team is supportive.

I had such a great experience with Tammy! She was super kind and went out of her way to help with my move-out inspection on Good Friday. She really made the process smoother, and I appreciated how accommodating she was. Thanks so much, Tammy!

We have lived here for 2 years and I have yet to encounter a negative. Every time we have needed maintenance, which is not often we have received the help rather quickly. I cannot say enough good about those two maintenance men. Always a good job, polite, respectful and kind and we return same manners to them. Yes we live right by Summit drive. Yes we hear the cars. But then we knew that moving in. We don’t have a problem with it. Any emails to the office with questions I have are addressed and answers given. This year there was a high pressure wash of the building and the windows, it was so well done that we didn’t need to get someone else to do our windows. Just my own cleaning on the inside and touch up of the balcony windows/glass. So many thanks to the management of 1425 Summit Village. I recommend this building for your living space too.
