Rental Application Steps

We welcome your application, which requires the following steps:

  • 1: Request Preferred Unit Type

    If you’d like to rent an apartment, complete the short form on this page to request your preferred unit type. We’ll send you an email containing further instructions and a link to our online rental application form.

  • 2: Complete Rental Application

    Complete the rental application form and securely upload the requested supporting documents.

  • 3: Schedule a Viewing

    If your application is accepted and you are in the Kamloops area, we’ll contact you to arrange a viewing on a day and time that’s convenient for you.

  • 4: Move In!

    Once you’ve paid a damage deposit and first month’s rent and signed our Residential Tenancy Agreement you may move in on the specified move-in date.
